Window server hosted site web config file

When site is hosted on IIS (windows Server) that time .htaccess file will not work so you have to create web.config file and that some time issue with file upload or max file upload then add below code for that.
Below file code will include htacess rules, file upload size issue of wordpress , urlCompression.
